FRAMER

PART-TIME ROLE

FEB 2026 – PRESENT

CONTEXT

RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Academy) is a five-day summer youth leadership program that builds foundational lifelong leadership skills for high school students. The existing website serves as the primary touchpoint for new participants to learn info and apply. Users range from high school campers to retired facilitators.

As the camp's web coordinator, I redesigned the site to better represent the program, improve usability, and support user engagement.

PROBLEM

The current website is text-heavy and lacks a clear visual identity, hindering the readability and trustworthiness for first-time visitors.

MY ROLE

Research audience needs, develop a visual identity system, redesign and overhaul the current website into a custom Framer site.

OBJECTIVES

  • Identify audiences and synthesize site needs.

  • Streamline information and improve readability.

  • Design a simple visual identity that represents camp.

  • Prioritize visual storytelling across the site (show, not tell).

  • Implement findings into a Framer website for summer 2027.
