OVERVIEW

Bringing life to a summer leadership camp's website

RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Academy) is a five-day summer youth leadership program that builds foundational lifelong leadership skills for high school students. The existing website serves as the primary touchpoint for new participants to learn camp info and apply. Users range from high school campers to retired facilitators. As the camp's web designer, I redesigned the site to better represent the program, improve usability, and support user engagement.

OBJECTIVES

  • Streamline information and improve readability.

  • Feature clearer CTAs for higher user engagement.

  • Design a simple visual identity that represents camp.

  • Prioritize visual storytelling across the site (show, not tell).
